Planning for 2008

DAC 2007 is four months behind us, and already it’s time to begin thinking about papers and panels for DAC 2008! If you would like our assistance in editing a paper, creating a tutorial, or organizing a panel, please get in touch. DAC panel and tutorial abstract submissions are due by November 1 and paper abstracts are due by November 19.

Now is the time to start planning your public relations, marketing, conference strategy, and exhibit plans for 2008.  If you plan to attend ESP, EDSFair, DesignCon, DATE, DAC or other conferences in the upcoming year, we provide a full range of marketing, PR and tradeshow and event support services. Check out all the areas in which we can partner with you or become your virtual marketing team in the upcoming year - http://www.cayennecom.com/services/.

Changes in Our Editorial Community

There are many changes evolving in our editorial community – Richard Goering has landed at SCDSource, the dust is starting to settle at EETimes and we are starting to learn to work with the changes; New Tech Press is emerging, Brian Fuller has moved to a new home at Greely’s Ghost, DAC has started a monthly newsletter DAC-Ezine with editorial content, Michael still continues to cover industry news, David is getting strict on customer requirements for ED, Max and John are still cranking out stories for Chip Design and rumor has it there are a few more new publications on the horizon. Keep the following links handy to keep up on how the editorial community is rapidly changing in our industry:

We look forward to serving all of our clients as they raise awareness, increase sales, differentiate themselves in the marketplace and execute their marketing and communications strategies.

Tradeshows and Events – We had a record year at DATE with 6 clients at the show and 18 clients on the show floor at DAC 2007.
