One Month Down, 11 to Go!

It is hard to believe that 2007 has arrived so quickly! It's thanks to many of you that we've been able to build and sustain our business over the past ten years - and we're very grateful to you. Now is the time to begin planning for 2007.

Looking back, 2006 was a good year for Cayenne. We were able to increase our staff by hiring an account services person, adding a technical writing team and offering website development and maintenance support, all of which has increased our depth and breadth.

Public Relations

We completed our 23rd company launch project and our 84th product launch since Cayenne began serving high technology companies. Our team helped in the planning and positioning of three company launches and seven product launches in 2006 alone.

We continue to hone our proven methodology for helping clients to:

  • Create a marketing and public relations plan
  • Differentiate themselves and articulate their value proposition
  • Develop and measure marketing and PR programs that work
  • Audit market perception over time.

Tradeshows and Events

Most notably, we worked with 14 clients who exhibited at the Design Automation Conference held in San Francisco, CA, along with supporting three clients at the DATE conference in Munich, Germany. We just finished working with four clients on the EDS Fair 2007 in Japan and are supporting eight clients for DATE 2007 in Nice, France.

Services Reminder

As a reminder, we provide a full range of PR and marketing services. We partner with you and become your virtual marketing team to meet your company's goals. We can:

  • Develop your website in-house, from content through graphics and HTML to launch, and maintain it once it's live.
  • Provide technical ghost-writing - whitepapers, technical articles, Tips & Tricks, Design Briefs, data sheets, etc.
  • Develop and write business plans and marketing plans, and integrate them with your public relations plan.
  • Review your strategic marketing plan; update and integrate with a corporate communications plan to meet company objectives.
  • Plan and manage seminars and webinars.
  • Manage advertising media negations and implement advertising plans with the leading publications.
  • Conduct market perception audits of your company and products. We develop scripts, do the calling and report on the results.
  • Introduce you to and work with European associates to provide you with and manage worldwide coverage.
  • Manage your tradeshow participation from planning through implementation to post-show follow up.

Naturally, we also continue to write and support client development of new product launches, press releases, articles and editorial coverage, brochures, company backgrounders, etc.
