Michelle Clancy is President of Cayenne. She is a senior PR and marketing communications professional with over 15 years of experience and has successfully managed the public relations and integrated marketing efforts for many company and product launches, since joining Cayenne in 1998. Michelle leads the agency’s coast to coast efforts in business development and growth plans. Prior to joining Cayenne, Michelle held various marketing communication positions at such companies as Mentor Graphics, Avant! and Fujitsu.
Michelle is actively involved in many EDA industry events. She is a member of the Exhibitor Liaison Committee (ELC) for the Design Automation Conference, serves on the EDAC PR council, manages PR sponsorship support for DesignCon West and spearheaded the first annual "Hacks and Flacks" meeting at the 2003 Design Automation Conference. Michelle holds a B.S. degree from Campbell University, North Carolina.
Linda Marchant is vice president at Cayenne. Prior to joining Cayenne in 2001, she spent 15 years working on strategic marketing and communications with high technology companies in healthcare, biotechnology, and data analysis. Linda has taken companies through the IPO process, acquisition, and substantial growth. She also has launched, branded, and repositioned products and companies. Linda has successfully managed marketing strategic planning initiatives as well as marketing and public relations efforts for over a dozen Silicon Valley companies.
Linda holds an MBA cum laude in marketing and international business from New York University. While running her own business in New York, she was also on the Entrepreneurial Council for NYU. Linda has lived and worked in Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, Germany, and Canada.
Lois DuBois is strategic counsel and advisor at Cayenne. Lois founded Cayenne in October 1996. Prior to Cayenne, Lois spent 15 years directing corporate and worldwide marketing communications for such companies as Synopsys, Avant!, IKOS, and EEsof (now part of Hewlett-Packard).
She has led communication strategy for three IPOs, several mergers and acquisitions, product launches, and legal crises. As a freelancer, Lois wrote software user manuals, wrote a column on electronics marketing for Marketing Computers magazine, and taught technical and business writing to engineers, scientists and lawyers. She has been a journalist almost from the time she could write her name – as editor in chief of both her elementary and high school newspapers. Lois holds an M.A. degree in Linguistics and a B.A. degree in Anthropology from the University of California at Davis.
Michelle McFall is the Events and Client Programs Manager at Cayenne. Prior to joining the Cayenne team, Michelle had been an event management consultant specializing in tradeshow, event planning and marketing. Michelle possesses a broad level of experience in all aspects of the development and execution process, both domestically and internationally. She has managed companies at such shows as DAC, ESC, CES, NAB and previously held positions at Synopsys and Best of Show. While at Best of Show, she continued to grow in the industry by consulting with numerous hi-tech companies such as Xilinx, Thunderhead and Fluidigm. Most recently she has been consulting with Molecular Devices in Silicon Valley. Michelle holds a B.A. in Art from California State University, Chico.
Katie Schenk is the Assistant Coordinator at Cayenne. A junior at East Carolina University, she will receive her Bachelor's degree in marketing in 2008. Katie has excelled in academia, achieving a place on the Dean's list each term. She recently returned from Sydney, Australia, where she studied business at the University of Sydney through the University of North Carolina Exchange Program.
At Cayenne, Katie coordinates marketing and PR activities for clients and Cayenne associates.
Tonya Gregory is the accounting manager at Cayenne. She maintains Cayenne’s accounts receivable and accounts payable. Previous experience includes 12 years with Elsevier MDL, formerly known as MDL Information Systems, working as a Sr. Accountant and later in Management Information Systems implementing the companies accounting system. Prior to that she worked as a Revenue accountant at Paradox. She holds a BS degree in Accounting from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
